Our mission is to provide excellent customer service,
event industry expertise, streamlined venue and vendor operations,
and professional management staff.

With a combined 30+ years of experience as event planners, venue operations managers and venue sales representatives, Jenny & Emmanuelle and their trusted team will represent your venue.

With our assistance, you will begin to see an increase in external event revenue and bookings. Not only is our team able to tackle the daily sales responsibilities and site visits, but we can also manage your venue’s internal operations and event staffing needs.

Our partnerships are all customized to each venue’s needs. Here’s how and where we can “fill in the gaps”:

Preparation

  • Create and meet rental event goals annually

  • Develop and implement tools and strategies to increase event rentals

  • Work with our client and vendor partners to bring new leads

Sales

  • Respond to external inquiries

  • Conduct site visits for potential inquiries

  • Generate and execute rental contracts for potential events

  • Lead event planning and production meetings and discussions

  • Coordinate load-in schedules for event day

  • Track bookings, calendar events, proposals and contracts

Operations Management

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors

  • Work with clients to create floor plans, timeline, and event details

  • Lead pre-event walk throughs

  • Provide staff for day of event management

  • Coordinate closely with internal event manager for external events

  • Collect all paperwork related to events

  • Secure operational support for events

Event Execution

  • Supervise function staff and coordinate event logistics and execution

  • Confirm and manage timeline, run of show, and task list for events

  • Work onsite production and clean up with operations

Post Event

  • Report financials

  • Manage any vendor follow up

  • Request event photos and reviews, as necessary

Staffing

  • Provide event managers for internal events, as needed, which would

    include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

    • Assist lead representative at large events

    • Replace internal event manager when that individual is unavailable

    • Oversee load-in schedules

    • Ensure floor plan is executed

    • Work off timeline and work to keep vendors on schedule

    • Complete all operational tasks (heat / windows / lights, etc.)
